This package includes the following services:
Pre-Wedding Services:
Unlimited advice and communication
Phone/Email lifeline for support and advice on all wedding related matters<
Personalized wedding calendar checklist
Qualified vendor referrals
Creation of a wedding day timeline to distribute to all vendors & wedding party
Confirm with all vendors for arrival times and set up details
Assistance with any last minute wedding related details or emergencies
Coordination of ceremony rehearsal (1hour)
Check to make sure all wedding related items are ready for the wedding day
Organize the processional and recessional
Instruct wedding party and ushers on their roles
Wedding Day Services:
Complete coordination of wedding day (up to 10 hours)
Confirm ceremony and reception sites are properly set up
Place specialty items provided by clients
Coordinate with Officiant and musicians
Cue the various ceremony events
Beginning of the ceremony until the bride is at the alter
End of ceremony when bride and groom leave alter
Direct guests to the cocktail/hors d'oeuvres hour
Coordinate with vendors to maintain a smooth flowing reception
Supervise & cue the various reception events
Attend to guests with special needs
Handle final payment of vendors
Pack up all specialty items of the Bride & Groom and give them to a designated family member
Coordinate the departure of the Bride & Groom
